My fitness journey… the good the bad and the in between.

This blog is a place I can put all my thoughts on continuing fitness journey, fitness achievements, goals, food, ups and downs, and everything in between. I will use this to look back and hopefully see my progress and my development.  I wanted a more central location just for this area of my life.

So far its been 4 years and 4 months into my fitness journey, and it has been a wild ride. In that time I had a kidney stone, uterine cancer, broken toe, and herniated disk in my back. Mostly I ungracefully fall, and then pick myself back up.

I am a mother of two, and have to run a household, while still holding down my jobs. I am a teacher, and a professional chef with a culinary degree/specialization in baking and pastry. Like everyone else I juggle life and living. I am just trying to make the best of it. I am striving to make me better.
